Who we are
This site is operated by Arrax Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex (“Arrax Ventures”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. For anything relating to this policy, write to as@arraxventures.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the contact form on this site:
- —Your name and email address
- —The answers you select about which side you are on, who you are, and where you are today
- —Any message you choose to write
We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and availability purposes.
Why we use it
We use your submission to reply to your enquiry and to assess whether working together makes sense. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where a working relationship follows, the performance of a contract. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who processes it
Three third parties are involved in running this site. Each acts as a processor on our behalf:
- —Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- —Netlify — hosts the site and keeps server logs
- —Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this page
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up where we left off. After that they are deleted. If a contract follows, records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to as@arraxventures.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
